Position: engineer for maritime contruction and offshore

our client is a leading address in the power supply sector.

For their offshore unit they are seeking an

engineer for maritime contruction and offshore platforms (m/f)

Tasks:
- Design of converting platforms for grid connection of offshore windparks
- conceptual design of contruction and expansion of marine platforms
- set up of documents for tenders, coordination of offer entries and management of project handling such as pre-commissioning Test, Installations, concept screenings,
- set up of technical specifications, screening of regulations
- market research

Requirements
- Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or alternatively naval architect
- experience in design and construction of offshore platforms welcome
- experience in design and construction of platforms for wind energy ideal
- good update knowledge of maritime platforms (design, construction and commissioning/installation)
- experience in repair and maintenance of offshore platforms
- entrepeneurial
- knowledge of simulation software is a plus
- self-starting, good capability of written and oral expression
- teamplayer
- Knowledge of german or willing to learn is a must
