PATENT MANAGER (m/f)

TASKS:
-take over responsibilities for our client`s patents worldwide
-conduction of researches for patent rights
-evaluation of patent protection rights
-management of our client`s patent rights in their market sector europewide
-advice to development departments regarding patent matters
-management of new inventions regarding patents
-file applications for patents
-guard applications for patents (management of objections against patents)
-partner with all institutions regarding acquiring and maintaining patents
-cooperate with patent lawyers

REQUIREMENTS:
-engineering degree in electronics, physics or similar
-minimum of 3 years of experience in development of new products
-some education in patent law
-good experience in conduction of patent application. A minimum of 3 years experience in this field is a must
-good knowledge of English and German are a must, knowledge of more language would be a plus
-strong analytical skills
-strong selfstarting skills, self-motivating
-flexible, communicative
