The company is recognized as global EPC player and possesses very strong track records in various business sectors such as Plant, Petrochemical and Offshore and is now a leader in the domestic offshore wind market, seeking to expand its offshore business worldwide.
The Offshore Wind Power team undertakes offshore wind farm projects from pre-planning, consent, development, and construction and seeks an experienced and skilled project engineer who can make contributions and bring values to the team.
As a member of a project development team, you will have responsibilities listed blow and be reporting to a project manager responsible for developing the offshore wind farms from initial stage through to construction and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in development of offshore wind farms (domestic and overseas);
Plan and Manage offshore wind turbine substructure/foundation installation;
Optimize the installation procedures prior to and during installation;
Provide technical supports and perform technical contract negotiations with potential partners;
Analyze the strategy for and advise on project engineering, procurement and construction implementation;
Coordinate the input of the company’s engineering, technical, development and commercial teams and carry out development of offshore wind projects;
Provide regular reports on the status of the projects for the project manager
Required Capabilities
5+ years of relevant experience and expertise;
A civil engineering background with broad engineering and construction knowledge and experience;
Proven ability to manage projects(Engineering, Procurement and Construction);
Ability to evaluate risks and provide mitigation measures;
Ability to manage various stakeholders such as central and local government, land owners, and environmental agencies and subcontractors;
Ability to manage work load and meet timescales on multiple projects simultaneously;
Ideally already within offshore wind power projects;
Experience in estimation and making proforma invoices and designing of substructures would be a plus

Willing to work in the company headquarter in Seoul and travel overseas(mainly Europe)
Candidate Specification
Experienced in project engineering (foundation/substructure) on offshore wind projects
A degree in relevant disciplines, preferably in civil engineering discipline.
Project engineering experience with either UK or German offshore wind projects would be a plus.
