My Client is a leading international surveying company who operate within the subsea construction indstry.
Position Overview:
The survey manager will be responsible for managing the planning, execution and evaluation of all offshore survey operations provided by the company. You will oversee specific survey operations ensuring that work meets the technical requirements and is completed within the given schedule and budget.
Responsibilities:
-Assisting in the management of all subsea survey construction operations within a specific region
-Providing the project team and contractors with operational and technical advice
-Liaise with project stakeholders and clients
-Monitor and provide progress reports on surveying and QHSE compliance
Education:
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in degree in Geomatics, hydrographic surveying or a similar related field
Core Requirements:
-A minimum of 5 years experience in on or offshore surveying
- Fluent English speaker
-Previous managerial experience within the survey industry
-An in depth understanding of data acquisition, processing and interpretation
General Requirements:
-Ability to work towards and meet strict deadlines
-Strong management and leadership skills
-Well rounded knowledge of various surveying techniques
-Strong report writing skills
