Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 plus benefits and bonus.

The Organisation:
The Green Recruitment Company is representing a well-respected, Operations and Management firm with renewable energy projects globally. The company themselves are involved across wide range of multi-disciplined areas of engineering, working predominately in Solar, Wind and Hydro power.
The responsibilities of the role:
The responsibilities the Technical Asset Manager span across an extensive renewable energy portfolio. The successful candidate will be required to provide Global monitoring and reporting of projects as well as the direct management of the European assets. Further to this, the required candidate will be the influential figure in O&M contract negotiations. The asset manager will be expected to head operations on a day to day basis, operating as a supervisory part to the team mechanics, in doing so providing guidance and operational support to achieve a set stringent of high standards and maximising the efficiency.
Other responsibilities:
• Manage financial budgets whilst maintaining operational functionality and keeping an updated record of reports.
• To review and engage potential areas for business growth, taking note of contractual obligations and making adjustments accordingly.
Experience and skills:
To be considered for this role the applicant must have excellent experience within the field of renewable energy asset management ideally coming from a highly technical background. The successful candidate with have good communication skills at a verbal, numerical and literal level as cross departmental communication will be required in the day to day operations of the role.
Must be educated to a degree level or equivalent in a relative discipline and/ or experience of having worked in a similar technical capacity
