General Manager - T&D Construction. Canada.

Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the President, the General Manager will be responsible for leading an experienced team of construction professionals operating within the T&;D space. You will be responsible for upholding the company’s outstanding reputation and building upon previous successes to help further develop the company’s portfolio of T&;D clients.

Responsibilities:-
• Maintain and develop client relations
• Ensure that all works are continuously delivered to the high standard of T&;D construction projects provided by the company
• Take a leading role with project bids
• Provide a general overview on company performance in relation to, availability of man power, costs, subcontractor performance and quality of works
• Provide guidance and training to team where required
• For certain requirements you will take a hands on Project Management Approach

Education
You will have a strong educational background

Core Requirements:-
• A minimum of 15 years experience working within the transmission and distribution construction industry.
• Proven leadership skills
• You will hold a PE license or be a registered linesman
• Proven ability to build and manage a team of engineers
• In depth understanding of the Canadian T&;D industry
