Civil Engineer. Chile, $100k - $120k USD
My client is a leading European developer of renewable energy technologies, who have a large portfolio of projects throughout North and South America, Europe and Africa

Position Overview:
You will be responsible for managing all of the civil aspects of wind and solar projects form pre construction through to construction

Responsibilities:-
•Review and advise on civil design engineering requirements
•Review initial design for wind farm structure, roads, drainage, buildings
•Follow project through to initiation providing support in the construction phase
•Provide technical advice to other parts of the organisation where required
•Manage external contractors

Education:-
BSC Civil engineering minimum

Core Requirements:-
•Previous experience in a civil engineering role
•Ability to interface with both office and site staff
•A minimum of 8 years working experience
•Previous working experience within the renewable energy industry
•Fluent Spanish and English speaker
•Willingness to relocate to Chile where necessary

General Requirements:-
•Strong team player
•Strong communication and written skills
•Well organised
•Previous experience working in a similar role
•Experience within the wind industry is not essential but would be advantageous
