My client is a relatively new but well established wind turbine manufacturer with a strong financial background who is developing a new concept for offshore wind turbines. They have developed a very unique and advanced technology and hope to put their product on the market within the next 2 years.


Position Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growth of a rapidly growing organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of experienced engineers to help them further develop their new concept for offshore wind turbines

Responsibilities:-
•Coordinate engineering teams &; schedules to help develop the companies products
•Communicating with customers
•Working with electrical and mechanical teams to maximise design potentials
•Coordinating with electrical and mechanical teams
•Designing and building the companies offshore wind turbine

Education
Minimum BSC Mechanical Engineering

Core Requirements:-
•Previous working experience within a leading manufacturer
•Willingness to relocate to The Netherlands
•A minimum of 8 years working experience within the wind industry
•Previous experience managing a engineering design team
•Well rounded knowledge of wind turbine manufacturing process

General Requirements
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Strong leadership skills
•Self motivated
