My client is a relatively new but well established wind turbine manufacturer with a strong financial background who is developing a new concept for offshore wind turbines. They have developed a very unique and advanced technology and hope to put their product on the market within the next 2 years.

Position Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growth of a rapidly growing organization. This is a supervisory role whereby you will be responsible for assuring that the quality of manufacturing is maintained throughout the design and assembly process.

Responsibilities:-
•Scheduling
•Communicating with customers to ensure quality during assembly
•Working with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure that quality is maximised
•Manage trades and subcontractors
•Producing quality reports

Education
Minimum BSC Mechanical Engineering

Core Requirements:-
•Previous working experience within a leading manufacturer
•Willingness to relocate to The Netherlands
•A minimum of 3 years working experience within the wind industry
•Previous experience working in a quality control role within the wind industry
•Well rounded knowledge of wind turbine manufacturing process

General Requirements
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Excellent attention to detail
•Strong report writing skills
