The Company has developed its own concept which is particularly suitable for the offshore energy sector. In addition it is also performing Design and Engineering on foundations for offshore wind turbines, utility modules, met masts and transformer stations etc. Due to their market success our Client now expands its project management team and seeks an experienced
PROJECT MANAGER (m/f)
to expand their engineering consultancy services.
The role will require international travel and will involve working from their head office, in the field / site and out of office.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform technical reviews of wind farm design
Perform technical reviews of contracts
Advising clients on issues of project implementation
Provide regular reports on the status of the projects to the clients and management
Candidate Specification Competencies
You are decisive and have strong planning and facilitating skills. Furthermore, you are enthusiastic, result-oriented, customer focused, resourceful and creative. You are characterized by having strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong conceptual problem solving capabilities and you are willing to travel.
Essential:
Technical background to degree level
Demonstrable, in-depth level of competency in contract management and negotiation techniques
Well-structured and organized
Analysis and problem solving skills and the ability to work at a strategic level
Ability to work independently, and in a structured and systematic manner
Good communication, leadership and presentation skills
Fluent in English language, both oral and verbally, other language skills are valuable
Quality oriented
Strong commercial and market knowledge
Business acumen
Team player
Experience in design or contractual arrangements for wind power turbines as well as their construction and operation.
Desirable:
A good understanding of consultancy services
Offshore oil & gas or offshore wind experience
