Civil structural engineer (m/f) for calculations and certifications of structures for wind turbines
The Company and the Position:
The company is seeking a civil engineer that is experienced in conduction of calculations for construction structures. It would be ideal if the right candidate would bring experience in calculation of steel structures. You would become part of a highly experienced team that is highly team-minded on the one hand, but gives a lot of freedom to work self-responsibly. You will be part of an international team, dealing with national and international clients.
Tasks:
- Monitoring of designs of steel components of wind turbines
- Coordination and conduction of simulations and calculations
- Execution of simulations and load calculations using FEM-methods
- Interpretation of results of simulations and calculations regarding loads, structural dynamics
- Documentation of conducted calculations and certified wind turbines and wind turbine components
- Further development of simulations and calculation models

Requirements:
- university degree in civil engineering
- experience in the design, calculations and simulations of steel structures, ideally towers and foundations of wind turbines, alternatively
of steel structures or construction structures
- good practical experience in FEM-calculations
- good practical experience in ANSYS
- customer orientation
- absolute team player
- self-starting
- innovative
- out of the box thinker
- good in English AND German
